Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, or pierced jewellery.

To start a return, email us at Lizzie@pinklizzieshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note returns must be sent to: 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number.
