Shipping policy

At PinkLizzie, delivery estimates vary by product and destination.

Standard UK delivery is free, with no minimum spend. Estimated delivery times from ordering are 3–5 working days for selected items held in stock by PinkLizzie, 48–72 hours for products displaying that estimate, and 4–8 business days for other products. Check each product’s delivery summary. These estimates include processing time.

Next-working-day UK delivery costs £6.99 and is available only on eligible products where offered at checkout. Order before 12 noon UK time, Monday–Friday excluding bank holidays, for estimated delivery the next working day. Orders placed after midday are estimated to arrive one working day later. Weekend and bank-holiday orders are processed on the next working day.

Items in a mixed basket may arrive separately. Selecting next-day delivery for eligible items does not upgrade other items.

International orders have a processing time of 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 14–21 business days for the US and Canada, and 7–14 business days for the EU. Shipping charges and available destinations are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, courier or customs delays. Tracking details are sent after dispatch where available. If an order is overdue, contact Lizzie@pinklizzieshop.com with your order number so we can help.
